Milestone Check Clinic

Our Developmental Milestones Check is designed to give parents clarity, confidence, and peace of mind during their child’s most important months of growth. This specialized gross motor screening for babies and toddlers ages 0–18 months evaluates key skills such as head control, rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, and early walking. Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, the session provides a thorough assessment, individualized guidance, and practical strategies you can implement at home. A 1-month follow up is included. Whether you simply want reassurance your child is on track or early support to prevent delays, this proactive check empowers you to support your baby’s development during the most critical window of brain growth.  

What's included: 

• One-on-one consultation with a pediatric PT

• Assessment of developmental milestones, tone, and reflexes

• Write up of the assessment to provide your PCP

• Video home exercise program specific to your child’s needs 

• 1 - month follow up and reassessment

Cost: $200

Session Date: Clinic is scheduled every week with no waitlist, appointment date will be confirmed following registration
